October 2007

The passing of our lovely furry friends Sebastian, Reggie, Felix And Cassandra. Introducing Zero, Pepsi and Zane.

January 2007

Rat sitting again during the holiday break we have had 3 lots of visiting rats all of whom have been charming.

With a some sad losses to our rat population sadly Snoopy to a tumour in the bladder.

January 2006

We rat sat 13 more rats during the Christmas break and of course there is always one that takes your fancy and as it was his owner was thinking about letting him go to a new home where he would have less compettition. So we would like to welcome to Ratly Manor Snoopy the rat with attitude. His photo's are in our rats.

December 2005

Last week I fostered 4 rat boys and 1 little girl that came from the RSPCA, they were so sweet I was sorry that I did not have the room or time for 4 more boys. The little girl found a new home straight away.

A new book added. "The reluctant Spy" by Lois June Wickstrom. Great modern story with a rat as central character.

November 2005

I have put some more recent photo's of the 3 boys home on cages and play. Reggie's cage is also on this page with instructions on how to convert a bird cage into a two storey rat apartment. Ralph made them all up a new play table which goes around our slow combustion stove as we do not need it in the summer. There are photographs of it on the cages and play page.
