Hello my name is Rummage I thought you might like to know a little about my Brother Tickles and I.

We were born on the 26^th of February 2000; we are the basic run of the mill cinnamon agouti rats except for one big difference. We were born blind.

 I suppose you wondered about our tiny eyes. BUT don’t feel sorry for us we have managed quite well. We have an excellent sense of smell and acute hearing so we never miss out on treats. Most rats don’t see that well anyway.

Tickles had another problem that made his head tilt to the side; people think he looks cute and his movements are very animated. My rat slaves think he is the Stevie Wonder of the rat world.

We will show you photographs of our home; you will see how we climb and manage to get around as well as any normal seeing rat.

One thing we do not like though, is to be taken out of our home and put in strange places because it is harder to find hiding spots.
